We have been just so insanely busy here at PPC that we have not had time to finalize our classes for the fall. Look for some new classes, as well as our first Mommy & Me class (yes, this is for moms and their aspiring cake bosses). We can't believe where the time has gone, but please check back every now and then, we will get them sorted before too long.

Many of you have been asking about new class dates. While classes will be reduced during the wedding season, a new set of dates will be available by the end of May. Check back June 1 to see what we will be offering.

We are extremely proid to announce that Jennifer Shaw, our founder, is involved in planning Cake. Love. 2011 - the first major cake decorating and sugar art conference in Vancouver in quite a few years. The steering committee is aiming to bring Vancouver back onto the cake decorating world's map and we are looking for as much help as we can.

The conference will be held from September 23 - 25, 2011 (yes, that's a year and a half away). There will be instructors from all over North America attending to share their fabulous talent and techniques with registrants. Look up Cake Love 2011 on Facebook and become a fan to stay up to date with the latest info.

There will be something for everyone, from the beginner to the master sugar artist. This is going to be amazing.
