CAKE DECORATING AND SUGAR ART CLASSES |

At Picture Perfect Cakes, we know that there are many of you out there that would like to learn a few tricks of the trade. While we do not offer "foundation" classes (our fab friend April Cakes offers these and is an amazing teacher, we know, she taught us), we are extremely happy to announce that we have partnered with Chef Marco Ropke of the Pastry Training Centre of Vancouver, to offer a series of gumpaste flower classes. We hope to offer more classes in the new year, if demand is high enough. Classes will be offered on Saturday September 18, October 16 and November 13. We will be doing roses, double peonies and stargazer lilies. The classes are 4 hours in length and cost $95 each. All supplies are provided, you just need to show up (with an apron and notepad).
